Scope:

Renovation of 1911 Kyle City Hall into a Senior Citizens Community Center. Scope included complete interior demolition, replacement of all windows and doors, interior and exterior masonry renovations, matching and restoring original architectural details such as moldings, fascia, and bead board ceilings. Included new serving kitchen, ADA restrooms, painting, flooring, stairs, foam insulation, miscellaneous steel and all-new MEP.
